What’s included in the price:
• OCR or City and Guilds registration and certification fees
• A candidate information pack including
o induction and NVQ orientation forms
o a copy of the NVQ standards
o guides to completing the units
o our policies and procedures
• A comprehensive workbook covering the domain knowledge required at this level.
• Onsite assessments and / or support visits
• Full telephone and email support (the assessor will make contact on a weekly basis during the first 2 months – to monitor progress and to answer candidates queries

The above prices could be discounted in response to large volumes of candidates, particularly in single locations.
** The cost of the RMA or NVQ4 may be reduced to £2750 for clients who place their NVQ 2 and NVQ 3 training through Phoenix Academy
In-house assessors - In addition, if clients are able to provide their own qualified assessors to support the programme then the cost saved in you doing this would be reflected in the prices of the S/NVQs shown above. Subject to agreement of the details concerning the assessor support  being provided, then approximately 25% may be saved from the price quoted above, but the rapid response funding stays the same.
Phoenix Academy can provide assessor training, the cost of which can quickly be recovered from savings in costs of S/NVQ provision.
Phoenix S/NVQ work-based training is available throughout England, Scotland and Wales.

Please be aware that in order to cover our administration & consultation we will be charging a non refundable registration fee. This is a set amount of £250.00( subject to changes)

 


However, if you are an international student and  we failed to complete your case (after submitting three consecutive  stages  to  your UK  Embassy or High Commission) Then   we will be refunding all of your  paid course fees

OCR's & City and Guilds Health and Social Care qualifications are designed to recognise a candidate's competence at work by assessing performance, evaluating evidence and questioning.
These are the core units of the Health and Social Care NVQs:

Level 2 NVQ - Health and Social Care


Communicate with and complete records for individuals.
Support the health and safety of yourself and individuals.

Develop your knowledge and practice.
Ensure your own actions support the care, protection and well-being of individuals.
For a full award candidates must complete a total of six units:
Two core units, plus
Two optional units, plus
Any two units from the remaining core and optional units.

Level 3 NVQ - Health and Social Care (Adults)


Level 3 NVQ - Health and Social Care (Children and Young People)
Promote effective communication for and about individuals.
Promote, monitor and maintain health, safety and security in the working environment.
Reflect on and develop your practice.
Promote choice, well-being and the protection of all individuals.
For a full award candidates must
complete a total of eight units:
Four core units and
Four optional units.

Level 4 NVQ in Registered Managers (Adults)
Develop, maintain and evaluate systems and structures to promote the rights, responsibilities and diversity of people.
Manage a service, which meets the best possible outcomes for the individual.
Manage the use of financial resources.
Manage the performance of teams and individuals.
For a full award candidates must complete a total of ten units:
Four mandatory units and
Six optional units.
