Courses - General English


Available at all Phoenix  English Centres

General English Courses for Elementary to Advanced Level can be started on any Monday for minimum one week and no maximum. These courses are aimed at students who want to learn and improve their English speaking, listening, reading and writing skills. You will study for a minimum of 10 lessons per week (usually mornings) and there are optional afternoon classes.

Course Options

You will learn and study: grammar activities, pronunciation, vocabulary building, and skills development in reading, writing, speaking, listening and interaction.

Advanced Foundation Diploma.
Part-time courses in English as a Foreign Language
The main focus of the part-time courses is general English, possibly leading to an UCLES (University of Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate) examination appropriate to your level. Students may study for periods of a few weeks up to a whole academic year.

• Entry requirements: All applications will be considered.
• Qualification on completion: First Certificate in English, Cambridge Advanced English etc.
